The design team was tasked with creating various assets for StreamNative’s first in-person summit since the pandemic started. The Pulsar Summit was hosted at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco in August 2022. Speakers from top companies were present, including Google, AWS, Databricks, Onehouse, StarTree, Intel, ScyllaDB, and many others.
I along with the Sr. Visual Designer and the Lead of Product Design collaborated on a variety of materials for the summit such as signage, swag, email banners, social media images, name badges, environmental graphics, booth designs and more.
The theme for the event was inspired by pulsar waves and abstracting those a bit. The idea was to zoom in and have a calming effect which was supported by the various shades of blue and transparency levels.
