I was the lead/only designer tasked with creating various assets for the 6th Annual Sadie T.M. Alexander Conference for Economics and Related Fields in Washington, D.C. The conference took place at the Brookings Institution on February 15th and at the Urban Institute Feb 16th - 17th.
The lineup of speakers featured Thasunda Brown Duckett, one of the only two Black women CEOs in a Fortune 500 company, Dr. Helene Gayle, the president of the leading Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the nation, Spelman College, and Wawa Gatheru, the founder of Black Girl Environmentalist, alongside 30 + other notable figures!
I designed a variety of materials for the summit such as PowerPoint slides, a detailed agenda, a reception program, and a signage banner.
This event was sold out with approximately 300 attendees representing over 60 institutions. I only had about 2 weeks to work on this project and was thrilled to see how everything turned out!
